These terms govern your use of the Naro website and services, operated by NaroCare, Inc. (“NaroCare,” “Naro,” “we,” “us”). By using Naro, you agree to them.

The service

Naro connects you with independent licensed healthcare providers who evaluate whether treatment is appropriate for you. Naro is not a pharmacy and does not itself provide medical care; all medical care is provided by independent licensed providers through our provider group, Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, and prescriptions are filled by state-licensed pharmacy partners.

Partner pharmacy information

Services are available in all 50 US states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements. Please note that certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations and dispensing restrictions.

Jurisdictional notice

Services are available only in jurisdictions where affiliated medical providers are licensed to practice and where pharmacy partners are authorized to dispense medications. Availability may vary by state and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and licensure requirements.

Eligibility & prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued only if appropriate, at the provider’s sole discretion, after a clinical review of the information you provide. There is no guarantee that you will receive a prescription, and no guarantee of any particular outcome from treatment.

Membership & billing

Membership is month-to-month. You can pause or cancel anytime. Pricing and billing terms are shown at checkout before you pay.

Not for emergencies

Naro is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate, complete information during intake and to use the service only for yourself and for lawful purposes. You may not misrepresent your identity or health information, share or resell prescribed medication, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms here with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
