Who is eligible?
Eligibility is determined by an independent licensed provider after a clinical review of your health history. GLP-1 therapy is not right for everyone, and your provider will tell you if that's the case for you.
What does the monthly price include?
Provider review and ongoing care, your medication when prescribed, expedited shipping, and check-ins with dose adjustments over time.
Will I talk to a provider before I'm prescribed?

Yes, whenever your state requires it or your provider recommends it. Patients may receive asynchronous or synchronous telemedicine consultations depending on applicable state requirements and clinical appropriateness. In jurisdictions that require real-time provider interaction, a licensed provider will contact the patient to complete a telephone and/or secure video consultation before any treatment decision or prescription is issued.

States that currently require a synchronous consultation before prescribing:

  • Real-time audio or video: Arkansas, Idaho, Mississippi, Washington DC, and Virginia (a standard telephone or cellular call does not qualify in Virginia).
  • Real-time video: Kansas, New Mexico, New York, South Dakota, Vermont, and Wisconsin (Wisconsin accepts a synchronous audio consultation for Medicaid patients).
Are there side effects?
Some people experience nausea, digestive discomfort, or reduced appetite, especially in the first weeks. Your provider screens your health history first and stays available throughout your plan. Report anything unusual right away.
Important safety information
GLP-1 medications are prescription treatments and are not right for everyone. Do not use them if you or a family member have had medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2, or if you are pregnant or planning pregnancy. Serious risks can include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, kidney injury, severe gastrointestinal reactions, and low blood sugar when combined with certain diabetes medicines. Tell your provider about all conditions and medications during intake, and seek medical care right away for severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, or signs of an allergic reaction. Your provider reviews complete safety information with you before any prescription.
How do I take the medication?
Most plans use a once-weekly self-administered dose. Your provider walks you through exactly how to take your medication when it's prescribed.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month, and you can pause or cancel whenever you need.
